I began searching for a new home in the late spring. Melissa quickly got an account set up for me with and I was able to start looking at houses online right away.
I am admittedly an indecisive person and Melissa was incredibly patient with me when I kept declining to put offers on houses that just didn't suit my needs for months. Finally I found a house in October that is perfect for me. I found it online when I was up north hunting. I let her know I was interested in the property and she got ahold of me right away and told me I needed to move fast if I wanted to get it. This poses a problem seeing as I was 3 hours north. What she did was give my parents a tour in my absence. After hearing the good shape the house was in I decided to buy it. Within a few hours we had an accepted offer becomes of Melissa's quick action.
Another great thing about her is that she truly cares about her clients. She gave me honest opinions about houses because she was so in touch with my interests.
I highly recommend Melissa! My parents were so impressed they decided to hire Melissa to sell their house and buy a new one. it was sold within a week because of her expertise and advice and helped them buy their new home.
